The Gables is a conveniently located venue with function rooms and licenced bar.

Situated in Shaw we are within easy reach of Oldham, Rochdale and the M62.

The Gables Venue is versatile and boasts a good sized main room, bar area with seating and a smaller room suitable for conferences. All rooms have various seating and setup options.

Birthday Party?

Our large room has ample space for adult (22 and over) birthday parties. Space for a disco, dance floor and upto 90 guests.

Wedding Venue

Wedding Packages are available to suit celebrations of various sizes and budgets. A perfect place for your wedding breakfast and evening party.

Business Meetings

Our large room can seat upto 120 delegates in a theatre style and a smaller room upto 30 delegates suitable for presentations. We can also provide facilities for board meetings upto 60 delegates. Catering and bar services available on request.

You were all so accomodating, kind and showed real care and concern for our needs and dietary requirements - some that I wasn't even aware of either.

The food spread was amazing and lovely, everyone commented on how nice it was and the venue being a lovely place too.

I will definitely be recommending your venue for any future events that my family and/or friends want to arrange.

Thank you again for your hard work and especially just coming back from your holiday straight into working. Please thank your young helpers too, they did a grand job tidying up.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Yesterday we held a 90th birthday party for my Mum. From our first visit to view the room theTonyand his wife (sorry don't know her name) were most helpful.
The day of the party the room was well laid out and spotlessly clean.
The buffet for 40 people was really really good ,the meat platers were good quality, lovely fresh salads ,hot cheese and onion pie  plus other nice food ,a good selection on the cheeseboard and lovely dessert .
We definitely recommend this room for any kind of celebration

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Visited for a Christmas market. The bar was open, had santas grotto and lots of stalls. Bought some presents and had a drink.
Lovely time and had a singer to entertain.
